Dear Customer Service Team,
I received my package containing the laptop bag today (Order #8695). However, upon opening it, I noticed there is a visible stain on the bag, which is quite disappointing.
I have attached photos showing the condition of the item. Since this is a brand-new product, I would like to know if I can get a replacement or if there is any compensation available for this defect.
