I ordered the carryall in basalt. Shipping was quick with great updates. They shipped a tote bag instead. I was originally informed that I would be given a voucher code. Two days later I had still not received an emailed code. I told customer support that I had not received the code yet. Customer support told me they were escalating my inquiry to someone hire in customer support. No word now for an additional 2 days. Hoping for quick resolution. I'm not used to this long of a delay with an incorrect order. The tote, the item I didn't order, seems to be top quality. I don't want it. It's not what I bought.
